I've spent 15+ years building content programs, online communities, and media projects that actually work. My background spans content strategy, social media, community management, podcasting, ecommerce, SEO, and AI-assisted workflows, and I've done most of that work at scale.
Earlier in my career I built online training and instructional content for companies like ManTech, The UPS Store, and ed2go, one of the early pioneers in online courseware. That work covered military, government, and corporate learning programs and gave me a strong foundation in communicating complex ideas clearly and structuring content around how people actually learn.
From there I moved into community and content leadership. I led community strategy at Verizon, where the work was featured in a Forrester case study. I managed content and community for eBay, supporting a platform with roughly 2 million monthly unique visitors. Most recently I served as Senior Director of Content at List Perfectly, where I ran a five-person content team and produced the Seller Community Podcast, which reached more than 90,000 downloads and ranked in the top 10 percent of podcasts by weekly downloads.
I've hosted and produced several podcasts including the Seller Community Podcast, the eBay for Business Podcast, and Albums That Saved Us, a show about the music that shapes people's lives.
Through my company, Dascontent Media, I work with brands on content strategy, AI-powered workflows, podcast production, and content repurposing. I also consult on how to build systems that let small teams produce more without burning out.
Right now I'm focused on the practical side of AI in content, not the hype. That means research, workflow design, repurposing at scale, and helping brands figure out where AI actually saves time and where human judgment still matters more.
